  In order to control the maximum crushing force not to exceed the design value, the hydraulic system has no high pressure relief valve (its set pressure is 120 kg/cm2). When the oil pressure exceeds 120 kg/cm2, the high-pressure oil flows back to the fuel tank.

  The high-pressure relief valve is used to control the pressure of the high-pressure oil in the system to keep a constant, so as to protect the safety of the hydraulic components. Therefore, it is also called a safety valve.

  In addition, since the bevel gear of this hydraulic wrench is under the eccentric shaft sleeve, it is inconvenient to adjust the gap, so it is necessary to find the gear gap through the pulley: Climb the V-belt back and forth in the forward and reverse directions, and the gear teeth will be in contact with the front and back respectively, corresponding to each type The following clearance of the crusher.
