Which hydraulic oil is used for hydraulic wrench equipment?

Let us introduce several hydraulic oils commonly used in hydraulic equipment, mainly including mineral oil type, emulsification type and synthetic type. Do you know which hydraulic oil your hydraulic equipment uses? What is hydraulic oil used for? The following is an introduction to these hydraulic oils one by one:
1. Mineral oil type hydraulic oil.
Mineral oil type hydraulic oil, as the name suggests, is oil extracted from minerals, mainly refined from petroleum, and added with additives such as antioxidants to prevent its oxidation and rust inhibitors to prevent it from rusting. Generally, this kind of oil is used for very broad. However, there are also some dangerous drawbacks.
If it is not very fire-resistant, it is easy to burn, so the use in high-temperature occasions is relatively limited, it cannot withstand high temperature, it is easy to catch fire, and there is a risk of explosion.
2. Emulsifying hydraulic oil.
Emulsified hydraulic oil mainly has two types: oil-in-water type and water-in-oil type. Volume system, in some cases where mineral oil cannot be used instead. The oil-in-water type is cheap, but has poor lubricity, which will erode the oil seal and metal; the water-in-oil type has good anti-wear and rust resistance, and has flame resistance, but poor stability. You can choose oil-in-water or water-in-oil hydraulic oil according to your needs.
3. Synthetic hydraulic oil.
Synthetic hydraulic oil is a chemical synthetic solvent. Needless to say, since it is a composite, it must have the advantages of both, its performance is good, and it has the advantages of the above two types.
What are the common uses of hydraulic oil?
Hydraulic oil has the following functions.
(1) Transmission of motion and power. Hydraulic oil is the working medium of the hydraulic system. The hydraulic pump converts the mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the liquid, and the hydraulic oil transmits the pressure energy everywhere. Due to the viscosity of the oil itself, there will be some energy loss during transmission.
(2) Lubrication. All moving parts in hydraulic components can be fully lubricated by hydraulic oil, thereby reducing component wear and improving service life.
(3) Sealing. The viscosity of the oil itself has a sealing effect on small gaps.
(4) Cooling. The energy lost by the system becomes heat and is carried out by the oil.
