Structure of Hydraulic Torque Wrench

The hydraulic torque wrench is composed of an electric hydraulic pump, a double high-pressure oil pipe and a high-strength sleeve.
After the hydraulic pump is started, pressure is generated by the motor, and the external hydraulic oil is transmitted to the hydraulic wrench through the tubing medium, and then the piston rod of the hydraulic wrench is pushed, and the ratchet wheel at the front of the wrench is driven by the piston rod to drive the drive shaft to complete the bolt pre-tightening.
The working head of the hydraulic torque wrench is mainly composed of three parts, the frame, the cylinder and the transmission part.
Oil cylinder input force, the piston rod of the oil cylinder and the transmission part form a motion pair. The distance between the midpoint of the oil cylinder and the midpoint of the transmission component is the hydraulic wrench to reduce the force arm. The cylinder output multiplied by the force arm is the actual input torque of the hydraulic wrench.
The scope of use of hydraulic torque wrenches is very wide. It is used in the construction,maintenance,and emergency repairs of shipbuilding, petrochemical,construction,electric power,mining,metallurgy and so on.
