Why Does the Torque Wrench Make a Clicking?

The following is the reason why the torque wrench makes a click.
After the torque wrench makes a click, it indicates that the torque value you requested has been reached.
The sound of the torque wrench is produced by its internal torque release structure, which is divided into pressure spring, torque release joint and torque ejector.
Set the required torque value on the torque wrench, apply pressure to the torque release joint by the spring sleeve on the ejector rod, lock the torque wrench, and start tightening the bolts.
When the bolt reaches the torque value and the torque is greater than the pressure of the spring, the effect of instantaneous disjoint will occur.
At the moment when the disjointed effect is produced, the sound of joint tapping and the metal shell of the wrench is emitted.It confirms the reminder function of reaching the torque value.
