Different Installation Methods of the Submersible Pump

The installation of the submersible pump is also very important to the implementation of the project.The reasonable installation is conducive to the operation of the project.
There are many ways to install submersible pumps, but due to the limitation of mechanical structure and principle of submersible pumps,vertical installation has always been a common way to install submersible pumps. Regardless of the quality of use or the impact of vibration, the vertical installation has a better performance.
In addition to vertical installation of submersible pumps,the most common is horizontal installation.Fountain waterscape is the most common project for submersible pumps applied to horizontal installation. Most small and medium-sized fountains have shallow pools. Submersible pumps should be installed vertically, which can adapt to working conditions.
Inclined installations are rare, and submersible pumps are used in water intake projects in some rivers.The water source is close to trapezoidal buildings such as dams, and the pipelines of the project are laid on the surface of the dams, and diagonal installation is required.
Float installation is a special way to install the submersible pump. Float installation is faster and more efficient than temporary construction of pumping stations or underwater fixtures, and the cost is lower than construction of pumping stations.
Different installation methods can exert better performance of the submersible pump, and can be used normally and smoothly.Regardless of the installation method, it is for the reasonable and normal use of the submersible pump.
