The material of the nut hex wrench

  The hexagon socket wrench is used on the nut, and its direction of force is different from that of the ordinary flat-head or Phillips screwdriver. In addition to the huge friction, the socket wrench needs to withstand a strong force. Transverse shear force, so no matter it is any material, it must meet two conditions. One is that the hardness is very high, it must be very wear-resistant, and the other is that the toughness must be very good, so that it can withstand the lateral force and meet these two conditions. The first condition is Lofan steel. This steel is often used to make tank tracks. Under certain circumstances, the nut allen key is very wear-resistant. However, in the field of wrenches, the good material is S2 steel, which has a lot of elements added to it.

  As the height of the nut increases, the guaranteed stress index can be achieved at a lower quenching and tempering hardness, so the toughness of the nut is increased. Classified by tooth distance: standard teeth, regular teeth, fine teeth, very fine teeth and inverted teeth.

  Classified by material: stainless steel hexagonal nuts and carbon steel hexagonal nuts, copper hexagonal nuts, iron hexagonal nuts. Classified by thickness: hexagonal thick nuts and hexagonal thin nuts. Classified by method of use: hot-melt copper nuts, hot-pressed copper nuts, embedded copper nuts and ultrasonic copper nuts

  How to use internal combustion bolt hex wrench:

  1. Check whether the transmission part is flexible and whether the threaded connection is loose.

  2. Add lubricating oil to the oil cup on the upper part of the reduction box and each rotating sliding part.

  3. Remove the auxiliary support frame.

  4. Decrease the throttle before stopping work, and stop the engine after a short idle run.

  5. Add oil and fuel according to the engine operating instructions, start the engine for a short no-load operation, after normal operation,

  Adjust the throttle to 2/3 or lock the upper limit to start working.
