Its history of producing double-column band sawing machines has been more than 20 years. So far, it has developed nearly 100 models, reaching a very high level of technology.

With the increasing status of metal sawing in metal cutting processing, the production level of sawing machines has been continuously improved to adapt to the current development speed of various industries, mainly in the following points.
1. The accuracy of processing is further improved
The materials used to make the sawing machine are more advanced, such as advanced laser positioning, variable frequency motor drive, and fine ball screw drive to match the operating hydraulic system. The computer actively monitors the entire sawing process online, and the saw blade speed, feed speed, and clamping force can be set arbitrarily and optimally combined, thereby improving the processing accuracy of the sawing machine.
2. The sawing machine is fully numerically controlled and networked
As there is a higher demand for the accuracy and efficiency of sawing, the trend of full numerical control is imperative. Fully networked production is the development trend of today's CNC machine tools, and CNC sawing machines are no exception.
