In order to solve this problem, many aquaculture farmers use some traditional water-floating aerators, vortex pumps, roots blowers and other equipment and machines to provide oxygen to the fishes. These aeration methods have their own advantages and disadvantages. Traditional fish ponds can only be used for shallow aeration for deep-water fish ponds, and the depth of the aeration cannot be achieved. However, the roots wind surface has loud sound and heavy weight, which requires frequent maintenance and belt replacement. So how does this machine use its working principle to achieve the purpose of feeding? It may not be known to many people. First of all, because there are dozens of blades on the machine of each vortex air pump, and once these blades rotate continuously, the air will be compressed and strengthened until the air pump body is discharged.
The microporous aeration technology is driven by this fan. The bottom uses aeration and aeration method. The aeration area is wide, the dissolved oxygen is released uniformly, and the dissolved oxygen at the bottom is increased to accelerate the removal of ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, and hydrogen sulfide at the bottom. Oxidation inhibits the growth of harmful microorganisms at the bottom. "Microporous aeration" causes the water flow to rotate and flow up and down, bringing harmful gases out of the water at the bottom, improving the water quality of the pond and reducing the occurrence of diseases. Sufficient dissolved oxygen in the pond water ensures the growth of aquatic animals and improves the survival rate, specifications and output of aquaculture.
Microporous aerators also have the advantages of energy saving, low noise, safety, etc. Under the same host power, the aeration capacity of the microporous aerators is about three times that of the impeller type aerators.
