What is the difference between a high-pressure air pump and a vacuum pump

There are many names for high-pressure fans in China, which are generally called side-flow fans, high-pressure vortex air pumps, and high-pressure blowers. Belongs to one of the fan types. Such fans are generally called gas ring vacuum pumps, vortex vacuum pumps, and oil-free vacuum pumps in foreign countries.
Exhaust fan pressure classification, fans can be divided into low pressure fans, medium pressure fans, and high pressure fans. Its pressure range is low-pressure fan, total pressure H ≤1000Pa; medium pressure: 1000Pa

What is an air pump:
Air pump generally refers to an energy conversion device that is controlled by a motor to drive air or other gas media to convert the energy output by the prime mover into air or other gas media pressure energy. It removes gas from an enclosed space or draws air or gas from an enclosed space. According to the power source, air pumps can be divided into electric air pumps and manual air pumps. Manual or pedal air pumps are mostly used to inflate balloons. Sometimes it is customary to call it an air pump or an air pump. The most widely used in the industry are water ring vacuum pumps and rotary vane vacuum pumps.
