  Torque multiplier, also called torque wrench multiplier, is a kind of cast balance. This torque multiplier uses a high-energy planetary transmission mechanism as the main drive. It is small in size and light in weight, and it only needs a little effort to operate.

  Advantages of torque multiplier:

  Safety-the use of extension rods will cause danger. Using a torque multiplier can reduce the length of the extension rod and the user's output by 4, 25 or 28 times magnification.

  Limitation of operating space ------ The use of longer extension rods may not be suitable for use in some work occasions due to space constraints.

  Accurate ------ The operation with the torque multiplier will be smoother, more stable and more accurate torque can be obtained. In the process of bolt locking, physical expenditure can be reduced. It is quite difficult to fasten and disassemble large-diameter bolts and nuts at power plant electrical maintenance and production, maintenance and installation sites in various industrial sectors, especially in environments where it is difficult for operators to construct (for example, the space around the equipment is small, and it is impossible to use afterburners and various special types. Wrench, etc.), this contradiction is even more prominent.

  The anti-rebound safety device has the following advantages:

  1. If accidentally loosened, the torque input device will not suddenly rebound in the operating direction to ensure the safety of the operator;

  2. There is no anti-rebound safety device, it is often necessary to confirm that there are no obstacles in the 360-degree rotation of the torque device, because obstacles will cause the multiplier to be unusable;

  3. The anti-rebound safety device cooperates with the reaction force point of the reaction arm of the multiplier to tighten the nut of the multiplier, even if the torque multiplier is used upside down, it can also support the weight of the torque multiplier itself.
