Power unit of hydraulic wrench of hydraulic machinery: hydraulic wrench pump is composed of electric motor, engine (motor, engine or air motor), pump, pipeline, electric control and so on. The hydraulic wrench transmits power to the working head through the high-pressure oil pipe and the hydraulic pump, which drives the working head to tighten or loosen the nut. The hydraulic pump can be driven by electricity or compressed air. The working head of the hydraulic wrench is mainly composed of three parts, the frame (also called the shell), the oil cylinder and the transmission parts. The output force of the oil cylinder, the piston rod of the oil cylinder and the transmission part form a motion pair. The distance from the center of the oil cylinder to the center of the transmission component is the hydraulic wrench amplification arm. The oil cylinder output multiplied by the arm is the theoretical output torque of the hydraulic wrench. The actual output torque is smaller than the theoretical output torque. The common pumps are two-stage pumps and three-stage pumps. The general two-stage pumps are low-pressure gear pumps and high-pressure plunger pumps. The gear pump provides hydraulic oil under pressure for the plunger pump, and the exchange pressure of the gear pump and plunger pump is 7-10MPa. The structure of the three-stage pump is diverse. The typical structure is a plunger pump, with 4 large-diameter plungers for low pressure, 2 small-diameter plungers for medium pressure, and 2 small-diameter plungers for high pressure. There are also three-stage pumps that use the first-stage pump as a gear pump, and the second and third-stage pumps as plunger pumps. The first, second, and third stages of the three-stage pump are called low pressure, medium pressure, and high pressure respectively. When the piston of the hydraulic wrench moves, it is generally at a medium pressure of 10-32MPa, and the medium pressure flow (unit: cubic meter per second) is the high pressure (32-70MPa) flow (unit: cubic meter per second) 2.2 times, comprehensive three-stage pressure flow curve (Curve), the speed of the three-stage flow pump is nearly twice that of the two-stage flow pump. It can be seen that the speed of the three-stage pump is much faster than that of the two-stage pump. Electric hydraulic wrench pump motors are divided into brushless motors and carbon brush motors. Brushless motors are generally induction motors and need to be equipped with capacitors. In order for the pump to start under pressure, it is necessary to install a starting capacitor and a running capacitor. The brush motor is generally a series motor with high speed, which can provide a large flow for the pump, but the noise (decibel (dB)) and vibration are large.
