Hydraulic torque wrenches have a wide range of applications. In wind power, thermal power, hydropower, nuclear power, shipbuilding, petrochemical, metallurgy, steel structure construction, mining, cement and other industries, the hydraulic The torque wrench is a very important hydraulic tool for the installation and removal of large-size bolts!
The hydraulic torque wrench is not only easy to use and light, but also provides very accurate torque values, with a torque repeatability of about 3%! According to relevant statistics, 50% of equipment operating failures are caused by bolt problems, and at the same time because of bolt tightening and disassembly. The torque is relatively strict in most cases. If you use an ordinary wrench, it is difficult to achieve the required accuracy! For large torque, a hydraulic torque wrench is a more ideal choice.
The working head of a hydraulic torque wrench is mainly composed of three parts, the frame, the oil cylinder and the transmission part, the output force of the oil cylinder, the piston rod of the oil cylinder and the transmission part constitute the movement pair, the distance from the center of the oil cylinder to the center of the transmission part is the hydraulic wrench amplification arm, and the oil cylinder handles Multiplied by the force arm is the theoretical output torque of the hydraulic torque wrench. Due to the friction resistance, the actual output torque of the hydraulic torque wrench is smaller than the theoretical output torque!
There are two series of hydraulic torque wrenches: driven hydraulic torque wrenches and hollow hydraulic wrenches! Driven hydraulic torque wrenches are used with standard sockets. They are universal hydraulic wrenches and have a wide range of applications! Hollow hydraulic torque wrenches are thinner and especially suitable In a place where the space is relatively narrow!
