  The oil pressure must be calculated before the tensioner is used to avoid excessive working pressure, which exceeds the bearing capacity of the bolt (composition: head and screw), causing the bolt (composition: head and screw) to undergo plastic deformation and vandalism. The hydraulic wrench transmits power to the working head through the high-pressure oil pipe and the hydraulic pump, which drives the working head to tighten or loosen the nut. Therefore, the allowable stress can be calculated according to the strength level of the bolt (composition: head and screw) used, so as to reverse the output pressure of the pump. Ensure that the deformation of the bolt (composition: head and screw) is within elastic degeneration, and complete the work without destroying (vandalism) the bolt (composition: head and screw). In the process of pressurization (guò chéng), pressurization should be as uniform as possible (jūn yún). Every time a certain pressure is increased, the pressure must be stabilized and then increased to avoid excessive impact tension, which will affect the pre-tightening effect of the bolt (composition: head and screw). In the stretching process (guò chéng), attention should be paid to the maximum design stroke of the stretcher. If the maximum stroke is exceeded, the seals may be cut, or a safety accident may occur. Generally, the stretcher has a maximum stroke warning (warning notice) line, and the user is required to pay attention to the maximum stroke at any time during use.
