1. Lubrication:
All moving parts should be regularly coated with high-quality NLGI#2 molybdenum disulfide. Under mixed environmental conditions, cleaning and lubrication should be carried out frequently.
2. Hydraulic tubing:
After each work, check whether the oil pipe is broken or leaking, and clean the dirty joints regularly.
3. Quick connector:
The joints should be kept clean, and it is not allowed to drag along the ground. Small dust may cause the failure of the internal one-way valve. Use high-quality sealing materials for sealing. The external thread connection is used for protection and can eliminate leakage.
4. Spring:
If the spring installed between the driving pawl and the reaction pawl is capable, it is best to check and replace it every two years.
5. Oil cylinder seal:
If leakage is found, it is recommended to replace all the sealing rings and deformed components.
6. Structural parts:
The structural parts of the tool should be inspected once a year to determine whether there are breaks, defects, or deformations. If these conditions occur, they need to be replaced immediately.
7. Rotary joint of MXT type and XLCT type power head:
Check the rotary joint regularly. If a leak is found, the seal should be replaced; if a crack is found on the joint body, the rotary joint should be replaced immediately.
8. Cleaning:
Soak the hydraulic components with non-corrosive cleaning fluid, and wipe them clean with hydraulic oil after cleaning.
