The hydraulic system is composed of various hydraulic components, each of which has its own job. Let's take a look at how the hydraulic system works.

The main completed test items are rated displacement verification test: run the pump under no-load, measure the rated speed and the displacement at "" speed. Cavitation test: Test the cavitation performance of the hydraulic pump during operation of the system. Self-priming performance test: Detect the oil-absorbing capacity of the pump, and measure the degree of vacuum when the displacement decreases. Efficiency test: measure the flow, pressure, speed and other data of the pump in steady state under different conditions, and calculate the volume efficiency, mechanical efficiency and total efficiency of the pump. Noise test: measure the noise level of the pure water hydraulic pump when it is working. Life test: In this test, an impact test is generally performed to test the life of the gear pump. The design of the pure water hydraulic test system refers to the test standards and technical requirements of the relevant hydraulic components. The following describes the test system with respect to the test items, methods and steps to be completed. Adjust the opening of the throttle valve to reduce the inlet pressure of the pump, and install two sensors in the axial and radial directions of the pump to measure the axial and radial vibration when cavitation occurs. Install the flow sensor and pressure sensor to obtain the flow signal and outlet pressure signal of the pump. The AC motor of the regulating motor and the variable frequency power supply gear pump test the hydraulic system sensor and the secondary instrument, the programmable controller, the pressure flow, the rotational speed, the temperature, and the research and discussion of the impact pressure time of the microcomputer on the operating table.
