The following aspects should be paid attention to when disassembling and assembling the high-pressure electric pump, so that there will be no unnecessary trouble when disassembling and assembling.
First, disassemble the high-pressure electric pump circuit to relieve pressure. Otherwise, the oil will spray out quickly. When unloading the cylinder head of the hydraulic circuit cylinder, the handwheel or pressure regulating screw at the relief valve should be loosened first to unload the pressure oil, and then the power supply or power source should be cut off to form a pressure ring. When the pressure ring is pressed against the hydraulic pressure, the pressure device of the oil pipe connected to the oil cylinder stops running.
When disassembling, prevent damage to the top thread of the piston rod, the oil port thread and the surface of the piston rod, the inner wall of the cylinder liner, etc. In order to prevent the worst, it should be as close as possible when disassembling; after disassembly, all parts should be covered with plastic cloth, do not use cotton to disassemble the slender parts such as the piston and the active piston rod, which are bent or deformed, and should be supported by skids when placing them.
Then, the disassembly should be carried out in order. Due to the composition of various hydraulic pressures and pressure rings, when the structure and size of the pressure ring pressure cylinders are loosened, the height of the circuit and the disassembly sequence are slightly different. Generally, then remove the cylinder head and plug rod. In a clean environment, special tools should be used to disassemble the key or the snap ring of the hydraulic connection to the internal key connection. Flat shovels are prohibited; the flanged end cover must be pushed out with screws, and hammering or other reasons are not allowed. pry. Before the piston and piston rod are difficult to fit into the same cylinder with the piston rod, the hydraulic pressure should be pulled out, and it should not be forced out, and the disassembly should be checked first.
Finally, try to create conditions before and after unloading to prevent the parts of the electric pump from being polluted by surrounding dust and impurities. Covered with example cloth or other supporting rings and action cloths with different working shapes.
It is worth noting that after the high-pressure electric pump is disassembled, it should be carefully checked to determine which parts can continue to be used, which parts can be repaired and then drain the oil in the two chambers of the cylinder, and which parts must be replaced. All parts must be carefully cleaned before assembly.
