1. The user can choose any intelligent electric torque wrench of corresponding specifications within the range of 50-3500Nm.
2. There is a "torque adjustment knob" on the control panel. Engraved with o-10 tick values. The function of the fine adjustment knob is to adjust and compensate between the two coarse adjustment gears to improve the torque control accuracy.
3. Adjustment method: The product comes with a torque test data card for reference when the user is calibrating. The user can select a scale value according to the required torque, tighten the bolt according to the operation method of tightening the bolt, and use a force measuring wrench or other The force instrument measures the actual torque value of the bolt. If the torque difference is small, it can be compensated by fine adjustment. If the difference is large, the rough adjustment can be adjusted up or down by one gear, and the required torque value can be obtained after repeated several times.
The intelligent electric torque wrench is novel in structure, small in size, light in weight, safe and reliable. Due to the static torsion structure, the operation is stable, no vibration, no impact, low noise, and the operator is not affected by the anti-torque, so the labor intensity is low. Rated voltage 220V50/60Hz accuracy ±5%.
Tightening operation of intelligent electric torque wrench bolts:
1. Install the reaction force bracket and fasten the screws. Activate the main engine so that the square pin hole corresponds to the reaction force bracket hole, then insert the wrench into the cylinder, insert the pin, and fix it with a rubber ring.
2. Adjust the torque knob of the controller to the required torque value, turn the forward and reverse switch of the main unit to the forward rotation position, and put the wrench sleeve on the six sides of the threaded connection.
3. Press the power switch to start the intelligent electric torque wrench. When the force arm of the reaction force bracket is firmly against the bracket (the fulcrum can be an adjacent bolt or other position that can be used as a fulcrum), the bolts begin to be tightened. When the bolt torque reaches the predetermined torque, the wrench automatically stops, the tightening is completed, the power switch is released, and the next bolt is tightened.
4. After the intelligent electric torque wrench stops automatically, the elastic deformation force of the reaction force bracket makes the arm of the bracket automatically break away from the fulcrum, and the wrench is removed. If the power hip can not be separated from the fulcrum, you can turn the front and back and close, and you can remove it by pressing the power switch wrench.
