Clean Inspection of Cylinder and Piston of Chain Saw

Normal maintenance of the chain saw can extend its service life.The following is the cleaning inspection of the cylinder and piston of the chain saw.
First,after using the chain saw for 100 hours, clean the cylinder and piston, and check the wear of the cylinder block, piston ring and other parts.
Second,check the cylinder wall for scratches and peeling.Put the piston ring in the cylinder block and check the opening gap should not exceed 1mm.
Third,check the needle bearing for damage.wall mounted home energy storage system
Fourth,clean the cylinder block,piston and bearing.Pay attention to removing the carbon deposits on the top of the piston,ring groove,cylinder top,vent, pressure reducing valve, etc.
At last,apply a thin layer of lubricating oil to the piston pin hole, needle bearing and cylinder wall. The arrow on the top of the piston faces the exhaust port, and install the circlip of the piston pin.
