Preparations for the Installation of Axial Fans

source:Industry News release time:2021-01-20 Article author:Rosit Popular:Air band saw

First of all, open the box and check whether the components of the axial fans are complete and whether there are any bumps on the outside of the casing. Pay special attention to whether the head rectifier is bumped or deformed, whether the components are tightly connected, whether the blade motor is damaged, and whether the impeller is flexible. If problems are found, they should be repaired and adjusted.

Second, check the installation foundation of the axial fans.It must have sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure that it can withstand the load of the fan during operation.

At the same time, check whether the connection size between the foundation and the fan meets the design requirements.

The installation requirements for axial fans are strict. First, install it according to the position and size shown in the drawing. In order to ensure high efficiency, it is necessary to ensure the axial and radial clearance between the air inlet and the impeller.

After installation, try to pull out the transmission unit to check whether it is too tight or collides with the fixed part.

After all installations are completed and the general inspection is passed, the axial fans can be commissioned.
