Common Sense of the Use of the Submersible Pump

The submersible pump has a wide range of uses. Before using submersible pumps,users must understand its related usage knowledge to avoid unnecessary losses.
First of all, the submersible pump cannot be dehydrated. Test run under anhydrous conditions, the time should not exceed 5 minutes. During the pumping process, if the water level continues to drop, be careful not to allow the pump body to work above the water surface.
Second, it cannot be restarted immediately after shutdown, and it only can be started after the water in the pipe has returned to completion. If there is no water after starting, stop the machine immediately to find out the cause and eliminate it.
Third, it should be used near the specified head.The inner diameter of the matching rubber tube,iron tube or canvas tube should meet the technical requirements.
Fourth, when the submersible pump is placed in the water or raised to the surface,the lifting rope needs to be pulled, not the cable.If you want to transport, disassemble or overhaul it, you should cut off the power first.
Fifth, submersible pump should not be started frequently. After starting up, if the impeller reverses, it should be shut down immediately, and any two phases of the three-phase core wire in the cable should be exchanged to make it turn positively and out of water.
Finally, it can be controlled by a water pump control cabinet. If there is no the equipment, a three-phase knife switch also can be used, but an electric fuse must be installed.
