Allen wrenches can be passed down to this day. Allen wrenches are one of the most frequently used tools in the maintenance of machine tools. Speaking of the origin of the Allen wrench, we must start with the Allen screws. In fact, it was an earlier brand of hexagon socket screws, but it was soon discovered that this type of screw would not be accepted in the United States. Later, hexagon socket screws gradually replaced socket screws as a new industry standard, widely used in automobiles, airplanes, and machinery. And furniture and other manufacturing industries. The traditional hexagonal wrench is bent to 90° with hexagonal steel according to the inner hexagonal size and then cut into unequal length shapes. In the use of this kind of wrenches, one of them is for inexperienced people, it is difficult to find a hexagonal socket wrench with the same size at a time.
The Allen wrench can become an indispensable tool in the industrial manufacturing industry. The key lies in its uniqueness and many advantages:
1. It is simple and lightweight.
2. There are six contact surfaces between the hexagon socket screw and the wrench, which are fully stressed and not easily damaged.
3. It can be used to screw the screws in deep holes.
4. The diameter and length of the wrench determine its torsion force.
5. Can be used to screw very small screws.
6. Easy to manufacture and low cost.
Allen wrench is a commonly used tool for installation and removal. Hexagonal wrenches use the principle of leverage to turn bolts, screws, nuts, and other threaded hand tools that tightly hold the openings of bolts or nuts or sleeve fasteners. Wrenches are usually made with openings or sleeve holes for holding bolts or nuts at one or both ends of the handle. When in use, an external force is applied to the handle along the thread rotation direction to turn the bolts or nuts.
Allen wrench manufacturers combined with their own contacts, personally explain the matters needing attention when using allen wrenches:
1. First, it should be locked firmly with the door wheel to prevent it from falling off.
2. The operator should keep his feet apart and stand firmly on the soles of his feet, and his legs should be supported reasonably to prevent falling.
3. The operator should hold the handle tightly with both hands, and apply force reasonably and evenly to prevent strong force or violence.
4. The handle of the hex wrench should be on the same level as the door wheel, so that the force of the valve wrench is reasonably used on the door wheel to prevent excessive force from damaging the door wheel.
