Mine hoisting winches maintenance and maintenance matters needing attention: 1. The amount of oil in the oil tank of the hydraulic station should be checked frequently whether it is within the range of the oil level indication line. The working oil should be kept clean and replaced at least once every six months. When there are a lot of foam and sediment in the oil, it is necessary to replace it immediately; 2. Always check whether there is oil stains on the working surface of the brake disc and brake shoe. If there is oil stain, it is necessary to clean it, otherwise it is because the brake disc and brake shoe are stained. The oil causes the friction coefficient to drop sharply, which affects the braking torque (cannot hold the brake), which constitutes severe equipment and personal incidents; 3. Check the brake shoe wear condition frequently during use, such as 2mm when the brake shoe wears. , When the disc-shaped tension spring is exhausted and exceeds the stroke of 1 mm, it should be adjusted and checked in time to avoid affecting the braking torque. At the same time, check whether the brake shoe wear switch and the disc-shaped tension spring exhaustion switch are working; 4. When repairing the brake and hydraulic station, In addition to powering off the solenoid of the safety valve, a locking device should be used to lock the reel to ensure safety; 5. Check the operation status of the reducer regularly. If abnormal noise and vibration of the reducer are found, the temperature is If it rises, or there is progressive pitting or large-area scratches on the tooth surface, it should be parked in time to check and deal with it.
When the winch is supported by sheds, it should be carried out from the outside to the inside one by one, and the shed and the shed should be connected with a support wood or tie rod to form a whole, and the waist and the support should be tightly connected. Precautions for the use of mine hoisting winches: 1. In mines where heavy objects are often placed successively, it is necessary to use electric control with dynamic braking. If there is no dynamic braking and it is necessary to lower the heavy objects with brakes, it is necessary to pay careful attention The temperature rise of the brake shoe should not exceed 120℃ to avoid the high temperature of the brake shoe and reduce the friction coefficient, and even cause the brake shoe burning to affect the braking torque; 2. When replacing the brake shoe, be careful not to change all of it. This will affect the braking torque due to the small touch area. It should be replaced gradually, that is, replace the two brake shoes on a secondary brake first, let it work for a period of time, and make the touch area reach the requirement before replacing the other brake shoes. A pair of brake shoes, which not only ensures the safety of the work but also does not affect the production; 3. During the use process, the reliability of the safety protection device should be checked regularly to avoid failure; 4. Each work shift needs to check whether the safety valve is reliable. 5. No air is allowed in the oil pipe connecting from the hydraulic station to the disc brake and in the brake cylinder, otherwise the brake release time will be prolonged. The method of cleaning the air is as follows: When the device is filled with oil into the brake cylinder the next time, the oil pressure should not be too high, about 0.5MPa (5㎏f/㎝). Before filling the oil, first brake each Loosen the exhaust screw on the cylinder (but do not remove it). When gas overflows from the bleed screw at a higher position and the pressure oil also comes out, it indicates that the gas has been exhausted, and the vent screw can be tightened to complete the exhaust procedure; 6. All hydraulic stations stop working (the oil pump stops rotating) , The safety valve solenoid is cut off), when restarting the operation, the oil pump should be turned on first, and then the safety valve solenoid should be energized; 7.
