A brief analysis of the characteristics of the current four band saw blades
Luban, the saw invented, greatly improved production efficiency. At present, saws are commonly used in daily life and mechanical processing. At the beginning, Luban used a saw blade made of moso bamboo, but it was smoothed after a few uses, so he switched to iron. Unexpectedly, the production efficiency was greatly improved!
Nowadays band saw blades rarely use iron. Whether it is ordinary hand saws or saw blades used by Jinan sawing machines, there are basically the following four types
Saw blade
The first type: carbonized sand saw blade
Imported saw blade introduced that it is used to cut glass, hardened steel, stranded optical fiber and ceramic tiles. It has super heat resistance and abrasion resistance, and can cut all other saw blades or materials that cannot be cut by saw blades.
It can cut hard alloy up to 300mm/min, cut marble up to 100mm/min, and cut corundum up to 40mm/min, which is dozens of times the efficiency of traditional reciprocating saws or wire cutting, and its incision is narrow (only 1.2mm~ 2mm), compared with traditional reciprocating saws and circular saws, it can save 6-10 times the original cooking, and it can bring significant economic benefits to users. These advantages are traditional reciprocating saws, which are incomparable with circular saws.
The second type: bimetal saw blade
A saw blade welded by two metals. The imported saw blade is specifically composed of a carbon steel saw body and a high speed steel saw tooth. Used for cutting pipe fittings, solid bodies, wood, plastics and all machinable metals. Compared with single metal saw blade, it has higher heat resistance and wear resistance and longer life. Strong flexibility, can effectively avoid breakage and breakage during the cutting process.
The third type: carbon steel saw blade
is used for cutting pipe fittings, solid bodies, wood, plastics and all machinable metals. Low cost and more versatile
The fourth type: high speed steel saw blade
Imported saw blade analysis is used to cut pipe fittings, solid bodies, wood, plastics and all machinable metals. The hardness of the saw blade is higher than that of other high-speed steels. With strong flexibility, it is very suitable for use with saw frame with small tension. The center of the back of the saw band is not hardened to avoid breakage during the cutting process.
