1. The function of the wire control switch button: press the (RUN) button to push the oil cylinder; loosen the button, the oil cylinder automatically resets. Press the (STOP) button to stop the oil pump.
2. Before starting the hydraulic torque wrench special pump station, first turn on (unscrew) the pressure regulating valve, and then turn on the power (ON) to check whether the hydraulic torque wrench special pump station is working normally; then click the wire control button several times , Work for a few minutes, adjust the pressure to the required preset pressure value. The rated working pressure is 70Mpa.
3. When adjusting the pressure, you should hold down the remote control button. When you hear a "pop" of the hydraulic torque wrench, quickly release the cylinder to return to the position, the hydraulic torque wrench is in place to stop rolling, the pressure gauge rises rapidly from 0, and the other hand slowly rises Adjust the pressure valve and lock it with a lock nut.
4. For empty work, put the hydraulic torque wrench on the ground, press the (RUN) button, the wrench starts to roll, and when you hear the "pop" of the hydraulic torque wrench, the hydraulic torque wrench is in place to stop rolling; now let go of the button, the wrench takes the initiative Reset, when you hear the "pop" of the hydraulic torque wrench again, the reset is complete. Namely: RUN-push-slap-let go-reset-slap. Repeat several working cycles to check that the hydraulic torque wrench is rolling and there is no abnormality, you can put the hydraulic torque wrench on the nut to work.
5. Loosen the nut: Adjust the pressure of the hydraulic torque wrench special pump station to the highest (70Mpa), turn the hydraulic torque wrench to the loosening direction, prepare the reaction support point, stabilize it, and repeat the forward and backward operation cycle of the cylinder. If the nut can't be removed, take the rust removal method. If the nut can't be removed, it needs to be replaced with a wrench with a larger torque.
6. Lock the nut: check the torque comparison table and set the pressure of the hydraulic torque wrench special pump station, confirm that the wrench is turned to the locking direction, find the reaction support point, be stable, and repeat the forward and backward operation cycle of the cylinder until the nut Stop without moving.
