The corresponding hydraulic wrench model can be selected according to the bolt size and torque value (specially used for fast and accurate operation of the most difficult bolt tightening work).
Purpose:
1. In the equipment installation and maintenance work of energy, transportation, electric power, machinery, metallurgy, chemical industry, mining and other industries, the installation, disassembly and maintenance of important bolt connections can quickly and easily complete your bolt assembly and disassembly tasks
2. Some bolts are installed in very narrow places and cannot be tightened and removed by extending the arm or hammering;
3. Some equipment has been used in relatively humid places for a long time, and the bolts are severely corroded and cannot be manually disassembled, so it is difficult to repair;
4. Fastening and disassembling bolts on overhead pipelines and high-altitude equipment frameworks, even if the staff wear safety belts, it is difficult to exert force, and it is very difficult to complete the work safely;
5. According to the statistics of the equipment management authority, more than 50% of equipment operation failures are caused by bolt problems. The number of major equipment accidents caused by bolt problems is also very staggering. Therefore, the new equipment installation and maintenance specifications tighten bolts. The rigid torque requirements are relatively strict, which effectively ensures that it is difficult to achieve the required torque value by manual methods.
6. Hydraulic torque wrench is an ideal tool to solve the above problems. The tool uses the high-pressure oil produced by the matched ultra-high-pressure hydraulic pump as power to automatically complete the bolt fastening and disassembly work, which is stable, non-impact, safe, and high in assembly quality.
7. The hydraulic torque wrenches produced by our company have two series: drive shaft hydraulic wrench and hollow hydraulic wrench. The drive shaft hydraulic wrench is used in conjunction with a standard socket. It is a universal hydraulic wrench with a wide range of applications. The hollow hydraulic wrench is thinner and does not require a sleeve, which is especially suitable for places with relatively small spaces.
