The band saw can be divided into log band saws and split band saws according to technological requirements. In addition, the band saw machine has the following classification.
According to the diameter of the saw wheel and the feeding mechanism, it is divided into a heavy-duty sports car big band saw, a light sports car big band saw and a joinery band saw machine.
According to the rotation direction of the saw wheel,it is divided into clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation.
According to the saw blade tensioning device,it is divided into a double-column lever type ordinary tensioning device band saw machine and a hydraulic pressure high tension cantilever type band saw machine.
According to the relative position of the two saw wheels, it is divided into vertical band saw machine, horizontal band saw machine and inclined band saw machine.
According to the combination of sawing machines, it is divided into single band sawing machine,double band sawing machine and quadruple or multiple band sawing machine.
According to the presence or absence of chipping heads, it can be divided into ordinary band saws without chipping heads, sports band saws equipped with single chipping heads, and double and quadruple band saws equipped with double disc chipping heads.
