Torque wrenches, also called torque wrenches and torque adjustable wrenches, are one type of wrenches. According to the power source, it can be divided into: electric torque wrench, pneumatic torque wrench, hydraulic torque wrench and manual torque wrench; manual torque wrench can be divided into: preset type, fixed value type, dial type, digital display type, slip type, bending Style, and kilogram wrench. When the tightness of screws and bolts is critical, the use of a torque wrench allows the operator to apply a specific torque value.
Introduction to torque wrenches
The main feature of the torque wrench is that the torque can be set and the torque is adjustable.

Application of torque wrench:
Torque wrenches are used to tighten bolts. High-strength bolts can be divided into torsion shear type and large hexagonal type. National standard torsion shear type high-strength bolts are M16, M20, M22, M24. Now there are also non-national standard M27 and M30. ; National standard large hexagon high-strength bolts are M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30, etc. Generally, the tightening of high-strength bolts must be tightened first and then finally tightened, and each step requires strict torque requirements. A fixed torque wrench must be used for the initial tightening and final tightening of large hexagonal high-strength bolts.
Use of torque wrench
The torque wrench can be used for both initial tightening and final tightening. It is used to adjust the torque first, and then tighten the bolts.
