Brief description of electric wrench
The fixed torque electric wrench is an electric wrench that can automatically control the torque. It is suitable for bridge structures, large steel towers, steel structure workshops, metallurgical equipment frames, large crane frames, mine steel frames and other projects that need to be connected by high-strength bolts, as well as large diesel engines, power generation equipment, chemical equipment, and constant requirements. The bolts connected by the clamping force can also be tightened with a fixed torque wrench.
Especially in the construction of modern bridges, the fixed torque electric wrench is an effective tool to replace the "rivet and weld beam" with the "bolted and welded beam". This is of great significance for simplifying the installation procedures on site, reducing the cost of bridge construction, reducing labor intensity, and accelerating bridge construction.
The torque of a fixed torque electric wrench is controlled by an electric device. This electric wrench has the advantages of low power consumption, low noise, flexible adjustment, automatic shutdown, stable torque and the like.
The 120kgf·m fixed torque electric wrench designed and manufactured by our country is a wrench with static torque structure. It can be used as the final screwing tool for high-strength bolts, that is, screw the bolts that have been screwed to the specified torque.
Electric wrenches are hand-held power tools for loading and unloading threaded couplings. They are widely used in the assembly work of automobiles, tractors, electrical appliances, power machinery, valves, pumps, textile machinery and other manufacturing industries. They are used in chemical industry, cement prefabricated parts, plastic molding, etc. During operation, it is used for the demoulding of vacuum tanks, reactors, cement templates, and threaded plastic parts in the production process; it can also be used as cement sleepers, truss nodes, angle steel scaffolds and other structures in railway, bridge, construction and other projects. Principle of electric wrench
When the end face of the nut is in contact with the end face of the workpiece, the resistance torque rises sharply, and the rotating spiral groove causes the ball to take the active impact block to overcome the friction and the pressure of the working spring to move backwards, so that the active impact block and the driven impact block mesh with each other. The teeth are out of engagement. At this time, the driven impact block does not move, while the active impact block continues to move backward. After turning the teeth of the driven impact block, the active impact block is moved forward instantaneously due to the action of the working spring, and an angular acceleration is generated along the spiral groove. The active impact block hits the driven impact block, and the two teeth collide. Then the spiral groove makes the ball and the active impact block move backward and out of engagement. In this way, collisions are repeated again and again, and the required impact torque is obtained to tighten the nut.
If the power switch is connected to the reverse position, the nut can be unscrewed. The double-insulated single-phase series-excited electric wrench is equipped with two switches on the operating handle. One is a working switch, which controls the start and stop; the other is only set up specifically to change the forward and reverse rotation of the armature, and the two switches cannot be reversed.
